BUS SERVICE
From January 1, 2025, the bus service can only be requested online.
Tickets cost €5 or $6 (includes €2 bus fare + €3 bar or shop voucher).

Steps to request the bus:
Go to connect.depolder.be/seamen before 5:00 PM.
Enter: name, ship name, berth, number of passengers.
Click the button to link Bus info The name of the button is "Find your assigned bus pick-up location and find your way to the bus stop by clicking here."
Select the correct pickup stop and time (between 6:15 PM and 7:18 PM) from the drop-down list.
All stops are outside the main terminal gate, except:
621 (Advario Stolthaven)
1111 ADPO
For both, you will be picked up at the pier or right next to the ship.
Click Register to complete the application.
Return from Seafarers' Centre to the ship at 11pm (subject to request).
Public Transport (from Antwerp Harbour Hotel)
Departure point: Groenendallaan (opposite AHH)
Tram 6: towards Central Station / Sportpaleis (every 10 minutes)
Tram 1: towards Opera / Zuid (every 10 minutes)
Various bus lines: towards the city center (Rooseveltplaats)
Please note: waiting times are slightly longer on weekends.
Tickets are available at the Welfare Shop and the AHH reception.
Taxi and Bicycle Rental
Taxis can be ordered at the reception of Antwerp Harbour Hotel (AHH).
Please note: taxi fares may vary in the evenings and at night.
To the center / Groenplaats / Central Station: €15 – €20
To MAS (Museum aan de Stroom): €10 – €15
To Sportpaleis / Lotto Arena: €10 – €15
Alternative: bicycle rental via AHH reception: €12.50 per day
Alternative: Ordering Uber is possible.
