HOTEL

The International Seamen's Home Antwerp (IZA) has been located in the Antwerp Harbour Hotel since October 2020.

The Antwerp Harbour Hotel continues the tradition of the International Seamen's Home Antwerp, which was previously located on Falconrui.

Seamen can stay at the Antwerp Harbour Hotel at a reduced rate (subsidy provided by the City of Antwerp) upon presentation of their seaman's book.

The Harbour Hotel has special additional services for the

Port-related guests, such as sample pick-up services (DNV services).

IZA has an office where welfare/wellbeing staff are present in the hotel. Seamen can contact these staff for guidance, support, advice, or just a chat.

The IZA employees work together with the various seafaring missions.

Naturally, IZA maintains good relationships with agencies, shipping companies and port authorities and is well informed about the ins and outs of the port of Antwerp.
